Media Ministry

The Media Ministry at St. Clare Catholic Church uses photography, video, livestream support, and digital storytelling to help share the faith, life, and beauty of our parish community.

From Masses and sacraments to parish events and ministry outreach, our goal is to document the moments that reflect God’s presence among us and help others feel connected to the life of the Church.

“Sharing God’s Light Through Visual Storytelling”

As Father George often reminds us, we are each called to use our God-given gifts to help share the Word. For this ministry, that means using visual media to serve the Church, preserve parish memories, and invite others to encounter the beauty of our faith.

What We Do

The Media Ministry helps support parish communication and storytelling through:

  • Photography of parish events, liturgies, ministries, and special celebrations
  • Video coverage, short reflections, ministry spotlights, and event recaps
  • Livestream and technical support when needed
  • Website and social media content that highlights the life of the parish
  • Organizing and preserving parish photos and videos as part of a growing media archive

Why It Matters

The life of our parish is filled with moments worth remembering and sharing. Sacraments, feast days, outreach, ministry work, and parish gatherings all tell the story of faith in action at St. Clare.

A Media Ministry helps make sure those moments are captured with care, shared with purpose, and preserved for the future. In today’s digital world, this also allows the message of the Church to reach beyond the walls of the parish.

Our Approach

All media coverage is done with respect for the sacred nature of the liturgy, the privacy of parishioners, and the guidance of parish leadership. Our goal is never to distract from worship, but to quietly and reverently help tell the story of parish life.
