What is Elder Abuse and how can YOU prevent it?
The trauma of elder abuse can result in the deterioration of physical and psychological health, destruction of social and familial ties, devastating financial loss and more. Adults, 65 years and older; and also, dependent adults ages 18-64, are being mistreated in multiple settings by family, friends and neighbors, professionals, and strangers.
